A futurist at Google predicts that in just over 30 years, humans will be able to upload the entire mind to the computer and become a digital immortal body. This result is called “Singularity ”. Ray Kurzweil, director of engineering at Google Inc., added that the biological part of the human body would be replaced by mechanical parts, a goal that could be achieved as early as 2100. He made these statements during his address to the International Congress of the Global 2045 in New York. The conference was founded by Russia’s billionaire Dmitry Iztskov, with the theme of the world in 2045. Kurzweil said: “Based on a conservative estimate of the amount of work that mimics the human brain functionally, we will be able to extend our mental range by a billion times.” He also referred to Moore’s Law. According to Moore’s Law, the calculated force turns an average of 1-fold every two years. He also demonstrated this with the advances in gene sequencing and 3D printing. In Kurzweil’s book “The Singularity Is Approaching,” he uses a graph to illustrate the development and progression of singularities. The singularity is called digital immortality, because the brain and human intelligence will be stored forever through digital technology, even after the death of people can do
