以强筋小麦品种洲元9369为试验材料,研究了追施缓释尿素对强筋小麦群体及产量和品质的影响。结果表明,在基施条件相同的情况下,返青期追施127.5 kg/hm~2(按纯氮计)缓释尿素处理与追施150.0kg/hm~2普通尿素处理相比,冬前群体、最大群体及株高等差异不显著;各处理冬前平均茎蘖数为2.97个,小麦个体发育良好;强筋小麦洲元9369的成穗率提高1.2个百分点,产量显著提高(9 364.5 kg/hm~2>9 127.5kg/hm~2),提高了有效穗数和千粒重,对穗粒数的影响不大;对籽粒蛋白质的含量无显著影响,增加了湿面筋含量与面团形成时间,降低了面粉沉降值、面团稳定时间和吸水率。
