加入WTO无疑会对湖南旅游业的发展和扩大开放带来重大影响 ,这既是机遇更是挑战。湖南应清醒认识 ,增强信心 ,锐意改革 ,完善旅游产业规划体系 ,搞好总体策划和整体营销 ,全面提高旅游管理水平和服务质量 ,加大旅游投入力度 ,建立现代旅游企业制度 ,优化旅游产业发展环境 ,大力加强旅游产品生产 ,倡导“高科技兴旅” ,努力实现旅游业的高技术化 ,在竞争中创造良好的生存发展条件 ,保持湖南旅游业的可持续发展
