新的一年开始了,元旦、春节,长假接踵而来,很多人都想利用这些假期好好休息一下,“充充电”。长长的休息日中,有些人喜欢热闹,三五知己相聚一块,聚会、美食……而有些人好静,喜欢猫在自己家里睡觉、看书、看电视,充分享受假期的恬静。大多数人都知道突然暴饮暴食、生活无规律会给身体造成伤害,可你知道吗?总是静静地处在“安逸”的状态下,也是在慢性的消耗健康。所以,不论是喜动还是好静,合理的活动都是必要的。可是很多人说,自己的假期时间安排已经满满当当,留不下健身锻炼的空当,那就简化运动,让运动随处随时伴随你吧。
