最近我们发现用大泡通的树皮伪充厚朴,经鉴定为五加科白背鹅掌柴Schefflera hypoleuca的树皮。现简介于下,供鉴别厚朴时的参考。1.大泡通性状鉴别呈后卷或单筒状,长约0.7厘米,厚约0.4厘米。表面灰棕色,有纵皱纹及灰白色栓皮和棕色点状皮孔。皮孔约1毫米以下。内表面棕黑色,平滑,有细纵纹理,划之不显油性。质硬,不易折断,折断面呈纤维状,中间有一列白色点状纤维束。味微苦,经姜制后有辛味。显微特征粉末淡黄白色,味微苦。①
Recently, we found that the bark of the giant bubble through the pseudo-filling of Magnolia officinalis was identified as the bark of Schaefflera hypoleuca. The introduction is now under the reference for identification of Magnolia. 1. The characteristics of the large bubble puncture were identified as posterior or single-cylindrical, 0.7 cm long and 0.4 cm thick. The surface is gray-brown, with longitudinal wrinkles and grayish cork and brown spotted lenticels. Pores about 1 mm or less. The inner surface is brownish black, smooth, with fine longitudinal texture, and is not markedly oily. Hard, hard to break, fibrous cross-section, in the middle there is a row of white dotted fiber bundles. The taste is slightly bitter, and it is pungent after ginger. Microscopic characteristics of the powder yellowish white, slightly bitter taste. 1
