在全面建设新农村的历史条件下,我们面对农村现有条件怎样来提高当地农民的综合素质,培养新型农民以成为一个重要问题。在工作中通过几年来的实际工作经验,深入农民了解农民的需求,通过七站八所资源对各村开展培训,随时组织技术人员到到所需村寨、农户家进行培训指导,农民能在实地中接受知识,打造典型农民用典型带动周边农户,一起走向科技致富之路。在培训中农民生产力的提高证明了新型农民培养是非常有必要的。
In the historical conditions of building a new countryside in an all-round way, we face the existing conditions in rural areas to improve the overall quality of local peasants and train new peasants to become an important issue.
