Traditional project selection methods focus only on financial indicators, which can no longer meet the organization’s pursuit of long-term goals. Measured by financial indicators, often only represent the results of a part of the strategic performance. This study uses a balanced scorecard for project selection. This tool links organizational strategy to specific project goals and helps organizations determine the extent to which an item contributes to and contributes to the organizational strategy. This paper constructs a BSC-based project selection and evaluation index system, discusses the tools for index measurement, and gives a brief description of the weight of the index.
