面对雇佣关系当中的背叛,中国员工更倾向于由情绪主导,弱化理性分析。对于中国管理者而言,需要对员工情绪反应更加敏感,能够更快速地做出反应,以避免过激事件产生。
In the face of betrayal in the employment relationship, Chinese employees tend to be dominated by emotions and weaken rational analysis. For Chinese managers, employees need to be more responsive to emotional reactions and be able to react more quickly to avoid overheating.
