由于竹材具有密度适中、纹理美观、强度高、硬度大和耐磨性好等优点,因此竹材人造板被广泛的应用于交通、建筑、造船、以及家具和装饰材料领域,在国内的一些领域已逐步的取代了木材、钢铁和橡胶等。本文简要介绍了竹材人造板的构成单元:竹片、竹篾和竹刨花,同时指出竹材人造板设计应遵循的构成原则和方法,即对称原则、表面构成方式、以及等应力原则。依据构成单元的形成和处理方法,作者把国内竹材人造板划分为13种类型,同时详细介绍了竹材人造板的制造工艺及其产品的利用,如竹材胶合板、竹材地板及竹木复合产品。文章最后介绍了各种竹材人造板的生产、市场现状及销售状况。图7参21。
