目前,我国高校现行教育模式下培养出的人才与社会的需要存在一定程度的脱节。本文首先对创新创业教育发展的现状及主要问题进行了分析;接着对专业教育与创新创业教育相融合人才培养模式的基本特征进行了探讨;再次人才培养体系进行了研究;最后对其进行了展望,以期为我国高校人才培养模式提高参考和借鉴。
At present, there is a certain degree of disagreement between the talents cultivated under the current education model of colleges and universities in our country and the needs of society. This article first analyzes the status quo and major problems in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education; then explores the basic characteristics of the personnel training mode of integrating professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education; studies the personnel training system again; and finally puts forward its prospect , With a view to improve our reference and reference for personnel training mode in colleges and universities.
