棉花黄萎病对棉花生产威胁很大。近年来,由于植物检疫工作未能跟上,盲目调引棉种,导致发病面积成倍扩大。因此,控制病害蔓延,确保棉花高产优质,选育抗病品种是极其重要的一环。棉花黄萎病是一种寡循环病害,其潜育期比较长,发生发展比较缓慢。在进行抗病性鉴定时,一般要半个月乃至一个多月才能取得结果,鉴定时间太长。为了探索抗性鉴定的速测方法,以缩短抗病育种的周期,1982和1983年,作者在利用棉花黄萎病菌毒素进行快速测定方面作了初步研究,在方法上获得了一些结果。
Verticillium wilt is a big threat to cotton production. In recent years, due to the phytosanitary work failed to keep up, blindly quoted cotton species, resulting in doubled the incidence of area expansion. Therefore, the control of disease spread to ensure high-yielding cotton quality, breeding resistant varieties is an extremely important part. Verticillium dahliae is a kind of oligodendrocytic disease, its latent period is relatively long, its occurrence and development is relatively slow. In the identification of disease resistance, usually two months or more than one month to obtain the results, the identification of time is too long. In order to explore the rapid testing method of resistance identification in order to shorten the cycle of resistance breeding, in 1982 and 1983, the author made a preliminary study on the rapid determination of Verticillium dahliae (Toxoplasma gondii) toxins and obtained some results on the method.
