中国制冷学会、水利部基建总局和电力部水电总局于1980年10月20日至10月27日在浙江金华联合召开了混凝土坝温度控制技术经验交流会。参加会议的有水利部和电力部各直属施工、设计、科研单位以及各有关省(自治区)所属水利局(厅)、水电局(厅)、工程局等单位的代表82人。与会代表交流了混凝土坝温度控制的技术经验,介绍了一些试验研究成果,讨论了温度控制中的有关问题,提出了改进温度控制的意见和建议。在讨论中,代表们对温控重要性的认识是一致的,认为大坝混凝土质量的高低和温控效果的好坏都与混凝土温度裂缝有直接关系。通过经验介绍,会议一致认为在寒冷地区或气温变化较大地区,要防止混凝土表面裂缝,必须采取有效的表
China Institute of Refrigeration, Ministry of Water Resources and Infrastructure Construction and the General Electric Power Bureau of Ministry of Water Resources in October 20, 1980 to October 27 in Zhejiang Jinhua jointly convened concrete dam temperature control technology exchange experience. 82 representatives of construction, design and research institutes directly under the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power and representatives of the Water Resources Bureau (Office), the Bureau of Water and Power (Office) and the Engineering Bureau of each province (autonomous region) attended the conference.
