已有往液态熔体中加造渣剂并用氧气或混合气体精炼的方法。用氧气吹炼会使金属严重过热,致使硅的烧损大大增加,除铝的条件变坏。单纯用空气吹炼会使液态合金急剧冷却,致使铝的氧化速度大大降低。因此精炼过程中,在气体反应剂配比保持恒定的情况下,条件改变(合金温度、杂质残余浓度)则不能保持最佳的杂质氧化制度。
There have been added to the molten liquid slag forming agent and mixed with oxygen or gas refining method. Oxygen blowing will make the metal serious overheating, resulting in a substantial increase in the burning of silicon, in addition to the deterioration of the conditions of aluminum. Pure air blowing will make the liquid alloy rapid cooling, resulting in aluminum oxidation rate greatly reduced. Therefore, in the process of refining, under the condition that the gas reactant ratio is kept constant, the conditions (alloy temperature, residual concentration of impurities) can not maintain the optimum impurity oxidation system.
