本文报道了国内首例应用干扰素所致的急性肾衰患者抢救治疗与护理，由于大剂量重组干扰素可引起患者多系统器官损害，老年患者更易发生。因此，应做到严密的“治疗后监护”。对肾功能不全者禁用干扰素。
This article reports the first case of rescue and treatment of patients with acute renal failure caused by interferon. Since large doses of recombinant interferon cause multiple system organ damage in patients, elderly patients are more likely to occur. Therefore, should be done rigorous “guardianship after treatment.” Interferon is disabled for renal insufficiency.
