目的对美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪在老年心力衰竭治疗效果进行评价。方法选取我院2013年3月~2014年11月收治的老年心力衰竭病患80例，将病患随机均分为两组，对照组采用常规疗法，观察组在此基础上，选用美托洛尔合并厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪进行治疗，对两组的临床疗效、不良反应进行评价。结果治疗有效率：观察组35例(95.0%)，对照组30例(75.0%)，二者差异显著(<0.05)；两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论运用美托洛尔合并厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年心力衰竭的临床效果显著，改善患者愈后佳，值得临床广泛推广。“,”Objective To metoprolol irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in elderly patients with heart failure treatment ef ect was evaluated.Methods 80 cases with elderly heart failure patients treated from March 2013 to November 2014 in our Hospital Randomly divided into two groups control group with conventional therapy,were observed on this basis,the group,the choice of metoprolol merger irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide treatment,the clinical ef icacy of the two groups,the quality of life (MHL)for evaluation.Results The treatment ef iciency:the observation group was 35 cases (95.0%)in the control group was 30 cases (75.0%),the dif erence was significant (P<0.05);the two groups showed no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion The combined use of metoprolol hydrochlorothiazide irbesartan treatment of severe heart failure in elderly clinical results significantly improve patient prognosis is good,worthy of wider promotion.
