曼氏血吸虫的尾蚴穿过易感哺乳动物的皮肤,并在皮下移行的过程与诸多溶蛋白酶有关。现已从曼氏血吸虫尾蚴纯化出两种蛋白酶,上述尾蚴酶对合成底物或天然底物的不同特异性表明存在着数种尾蚴蛋白酶而非同一酶的不同形式。本文报告尾蚴分泌物中47kDa蛋白酶的特征及纯化。
Schistosoma mansoni’s cercariae cross the surface of susceptible mammals and migrate subcutaneously in the process with many proteases. Two proteases have now been purified from Schistosoma mansoni, and the different specificity of the above-mentioned cercariae enzymes to synthetic or natural substrates suggests the presence of several different forms of catabasis rather than the same enzyme. This paper reports the characteristics and purification of 47 kDa protease in cercaria secretion.
