目的 :建立芩苓子洗液含量测定方法。方法 :用一阶导数光谱法不经分离直接测定芩苓子洗液的含量 ,选择黄芩苷测定波长为 2 5 5nm和 2 85nm ,以峰—谷法测定。结果 :黄芩苷平均回收率 10 2 6 % (RSD =1 4 % ,n =5 ) ,在 4~ 2 0 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 9996。结论 :本方法简便、准确。可用于药品生产使用中的快速测定。
Objective : To establish a method for determining the content of gardenia lotion. METHODS: The first-order derivative spectrophotometric method was used to directly determine the content of wolfberry lotion without separation. Baicalin was used to determine the wavelengths of 255 and 850 nm, and was measured by peak-to-valley method. Results: The average recovery of baicalin was 10 2 6 % (RSD =1 4 %, n =5), and the linear relationship was good in the range of 4 ~ 20 μg·ml-1. r =0 9996. Conclusion : This method is simple and accurate. It can be used for rapid determination of drug production.
