OBJECTIVE: hMMS2 is a newly discovered gene in human cells. Its yeast homologous gene MMS2 is an anti-mutagenesis gene. In this study, hMMS2 gene expression blocking cell line was established by antisense strategy to analyze the function of hMMS2 gene. METHODS: Construction of 1 hMMS2 antisense RNA expression plasmid: 837 bp long hMMS2c was excised from pBS-hMMS2 using Pstl enzyme
