OBJECTIVE: hMMS2 is a newly discovered gene in human cells. Its yeast homologous gene MMS2 is an anti-mutagenesis gene. In this study, hMMS2 gene expression blocking cell line was established by antisense strategy to analyze the function of hMMS2 gene.
