(一)舌纵(癔病)罗某某,女,36岁。已婚。营业员。因舌纵3小时于1985年10月12日入院。住院号:225。患者两年来每因剌激后,即吐舌于口腔外,且久不回缩,病情发作时伴语言不利。素感头晕目眩,神疲乏力,少气懒言,心悸,纳差,面色不华,舌淡红,脉细弱。脑血流图检查正常,西医诊断为“癔病”。此乃心脾两虚,气血不足,舌体失养所致。治宜健脾养心,补益气血。拟归脾汤加味:西党15克白术10克黄芪15克当归10克茯苓15克酸枣仁10克炙远志10克龙眼肉10克大枣5枚木香10克柴胡6克炙甘草6克。服药5剂,吐舌症状消失,头晕目眩,心悸好转。继服原方10剂,诸症痊愈。随访2年病未复发。

Cerebral blood flow examination was normal, Western medicine diagnosed as “rickets.” This is due to deficiency of heart and blood, lack of qi and blood, and dystonia of the tongue. Expelling spleen Yang Xin, replenishing qi and blood. Suggested Guipi Tang Decoction: Western Party 15g Atractylodes 10g Astragalus 15g Angelica 10g Poria 15g Suanzaoren 10g Poria Polygala 10g Longan 10g Jujube 5 Woody 10g Bupleurum 6g Baked Licorice 6g . Taking 5 medications, symptoms of tongue sticking out, dizziness, palpitations improved. After taking the original prescription 10, Zhu Zheng recovered. Followed up for 2 years without recurrence.
