通过试验对比,研究了机车牵引齿轮目前已采用或正在试用的三种油品——美国GE公司产润滑脂、国产脂及双曲线齿轮油的润滑性能.这些性能主要是:抗胶合承载能力、振动与噪声、传动效率以及温升载荷比.这项研究为选择确定牵引齿轮润滑油提供了可靠的依据.
Through experiment and comparison, the lubricating properties of grease, grease and hyperbolic gear oil produced by GE company in the United States, which are currently used or being tested, have been studied.These performances are mainly as follows: the anti-gluing bearing capacity, Vibration and noise, transmission efficiency and temperature load-lifting ratio.This study provides a reliable basis for choosing traction gear lubricant.
