用离子交换法将具有Keggin结构[TBA]4H3[PW7Mo3M2O38(H2O)2](M=Fe2+,Co2+,Cu2+,Ni 2+和Mn2+)嵌入到Zn2Al黏土中,得到层状化合物LDH-[PW7Mo3Cu2O38(H2O)2](M=Fe2+,Co2+,Cu2+,Ni 2+和Mn2+),并用XRD,IR,UV对其进行了表征.结果表明:杂多阴离子进入黏土后,仍保留了其Keggin结构.利用合成的层状化合物为催化剂,以顺丁烯二酸与H2O2的环氧化反应为模型反应考察其催化活性,结果表明:层状化合物在环氧化反应中显示优良的催化性能.
The layered compound LDH- [PW7Mo3Cu2O38 (H2O) with the Keggin structure [HBA3] (PW7Mo3M2O38 (H2O) 2] (M = Fe2 +, Co2 +, Cu2 +, Ni2 + and Mn2 +) was embedded in Zn2Al clay by ion exchange method ) 2] (M = Fe2 +, Co2 +, Cu2 +, Ni2 + and Mn2 +) were prepared and characterized by XRD, IR and UV.The results showed that the Keggin structure remained after the heteropolyanions entered the clay. The layered compounds were used as catalysts. The catalytic activity was investigated by the epoxidation of maleic acid with H2O2. The results showed that the layered compounds showed excellent catalytic performance in epoxidation.
