IPTV业务近两年来风起云涌,但在技术方面还存在业务的隔离与控制、QoS、Multicast的可控制性和复制点的选择、承载网络安全等方面的问题。北电网络陈健所撰《以太环网技术突破IPTV宽带瓶颈》一文介绍的解决方案是利用以太环网技术,除了可以实现数据、话音汇聚和城域以太网VPN等业务外,更因为其故障恢复和环形拓扑结构等优势,节省了BRAS的下行带宽,可以对用户IPTV业务做有效的控制,这对于构建安全、高效、确保QoS的IPTV业务承载平台具有重要的参考意义。
