复旦大学经济系主任。博士生导师华民教授作为恢复高考制度后第一批大学生中的一员进入复旦大学经济系学习，毕业后在华东师范大学任教，１９９０年９月调入复旦大学世界经济系工作。 近年来，华民教授发表了一系列研究成果，如《透过流行看趋势一世界主要国家国有企业概览》（上海译文出版社１９９４）。《西方混合经济体制研究》（复旦大学出版社１９９５）、《不均衡的经济与国家一国家干预经济的目的与方法》（上海远东出版社１９９８）和两本教科书《公共经济学教程》（复旦大学出版社１９９６）、《国际经济学》（复旦大学出版社１９９８）；除此之外，华民教授还在《经济研究》、《世界经济学》。《世界经济文汇》等报刊上发表了多篇重要论文。
Fudan University Department of Economics. Professor Huamin, a doctoral supervisor, entered the Fudan University Department of Economics as a member of the first group of college students after resuming the college entrance examination system. After graduation, he taught at East China Normal University and was transferred to the Department of World Economics of Fudan University in September 1990. In recent years, Professor Huamin published a series of research results, such as “An Overview of SOEs in Major Countries in the World through Popularity” (Shanghai Translation Publishing House, 1994). “Study on Western Mixed Economic System” (Fudan University Press, 1995), “The Unbalanced Economy and the State-Aims and Methods of Economic Intervention” (Shanghai Far East Publishing House, 1998) and two textbooks, Public Economics Course University Press 1996), International Economics (Fudan University Press 1998); In addition, Professor Huam is still “Economic Research”, “World Economics.” “World Economic Articles” and other newspapers published many important papers.
