Rasmussen和Painter(1966)报告了用放射自显影技术显示紫外线辐照哺乳类动物细胞可诱发细胞摄取标记的胸苷(~3H-TdR)至DNA中。此现象区别于正常的DNA合成,本质上不是半保留合成。Djordevic和Tolmach(1967)将这种胸苷的掺入DNA称谓非程序DNA合成(unscheduled DNA synthesis,UDS)。
Rasmussen and Painter (1966) reported using autoradiography to show that UV-irradiated mammalian cells can induce cellular uptake of labeled thymidine (~ 3H-TdR) into DNA. This phenomenon is different from the normal DNA synthesis, in essence, not semi-reserved synthesis. Djordevic and Tolmach (1967) incorporate this thymidine incorporation into DNA as unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS).
