本文以单纯玉米面(河南林县原粮)饲养Wistar大鼠,并以小剂量甲基苯基亚硝胺肌肉注射,观察玉米面在大鼠食管癌形成过程中的作用。结果表明,实验组动物的体重增加较缓慢,肝重量减轻较对照组差异有显著性(P<0.005)。食管的肉眼及组织学改变随着喂养及给药时间的增加,粘膜白斑、乳头瘤和疣状突起的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.005)。故认为营养缺乏可提高大鼠食管上皮细胞对亚硝胺类致癌物的敏感性。
In this paper, Wistar rats were fed with pure cornmeal (Linxian raw grain) and injected with methyl phenyl nitrosamine into muscle to observe the role of cornmeal in the formation of esophageal cancer in rats. The results showed that the weight gain of the experimental group was slower than that of the control group (P <0.005). Macroscopic and histological changes of the esophagus With the increase of feeding and administration time, the incidence of leukoplakia, papilloma and verrucous prominence was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.005). Therefore, the lack of nutrition can improve rat esophageal epithelial cells to nitrosamines carcinogens sensitivity.
