本文报道了红景天中红景天甙和酪醇的反相ＨＰＬＣ测定方法。采用ＨｙｐｅｒｓｙｌＯＤＳ柱，水－甲醇－乙腈（７０：２５：５）为流动相。应用二极管阵列检测器对峰纯度进行检测，保证了所测峰为纯峰。测定了不同种不同产地的９种红景天样品中红景天甙和酪醇的含量。
This article reported the reversed phase HPLC method for the determination of salidroside and tyrosol in Rhodiola. A Hypersil ODS column was used with water-methanol-acetonitrile (70:25:5) as the mobile phase. Peak purity was measured using a diode array detector to ensure that the measured peak was a pure peak. The contents of salidroside and tyrosol in 9 Rhodiola samples of different origins were determined.
