根据槽口-无粘结水平接缝的抗剪机理,考虑接缝处灌浆料、轴压比及连接钢筋的抗剪作用,提出该接缝的抗剪承载力计算公式。利用常规接缝的试验结果验证有限元模拟正确后,参考该模拟方法验证槽口-无粘结水平接缝抗剪承载力计算公式的正确性。分析槽口数量对公式各部分承载力的影响规律,并与常规接缝的抗剪承载力进行对比,结果表明:随着槽口数量的增加,槽口-无粘结水平接缝的抗剪承载力增加,其中,斜压杆的抗剪承载力比例增加,滑移面的剪切摩擦力比例与连接钢筋的抗剪承载力比例均减小;槽口-无粘结水平接缝的抗剪承载力比常规接缝的抗剪承载力提高很多。
According to the shear mechanism of notch-unbonded horizontal seam, considering the grouting material, axial compression ratio and the shear effect of connecting steel bar, the formula of shear resistance of the joint is proposed. After the finite element simulation is verified by the test results of the conventional joint, the correctness of the formula for calculating the shear strength of notched joint without seam is verified with reference to the simulation method. The influence of the number of notches on the bearing capacity of each part of the formula is analyzed and compared with that of the conventional joint. The results show that with the increase of the number of notches, The bearing capacity increases, of which, the ratio of shear strength of the bar to the bar increases, the ratio of the shear friction force of the slip surface to the shear strength of the connecting bar decreases; Shear capacity is much higher than the shear capacity of conventional joints.
