作为一个海洋大国，我国面临着多元复杂的海上权益及安全问题，维护海洋权益的重要性日渐提升。加强海上搜救体系建设，提高海上搜救能力至关重要。本文结合海上联合搜救行动的特点，研究分析了我国海上搜救体系建设现状与不足，提出了加强海上搜救体系建设的建议，为完善我国海上搜救体系建设提供理论参考。“,”As a large maritime power, China faces multiple and complex maritime rights, interests and security issues, which have raised the importance of safeguarding its maritime rights and interests. It is essential to strengthen the maritime search and rescue (SAR) system and improve the capability of maritime SAR. Based on the characteristics of SAR, this article summarized the current status of maritime SAR system in China and analyzed its shortcomings. The article also put forward some suggestions on strengthening the system, which can provide a theoretical reference for improving the buildup of maritime SAR system in China.
