兔眼刺激性试验(D raize test)作为评价化学物质眼刺激作用的主要方法,本身存在评分主观性强,实验室间变异性大以及其他问题。同时由于动物福利运动的兴起和“3R”原则的提出,一些发达国家已经开展了眼刺激替代方法的研究和验证。本文就近年基于细胞的眼刺激试验体外替代方法的研究进展情况及一些眼刺激性试验的体外替代方法的优缺点进行了综述,以便于研究体外替代方法的检测策略。
Rabbit eye irritation test (D raize test) as the main method of evaluation of eye irritation of chemical substances, there are scores of subjectivity itself, the inter-laboratory variability and other issues. At the same time, due to the rise of animal welfare movement and the proposition of “3R ”, some developed countries have carried out the research and verification of eye irritation replacement method. This review summarizes recent advances in vitro alternative methods of cell-based ophthalmic stimulation and the advantages and disadvantages of some alternative methods of ophthalmic stimulation in vitro in order to facilitate the investigation of alternative methods of detection in vitro.
