无论成人或儿童,不可能总是快乐无忧的。所以,家长应尽可能地帮助孩子学会控制自己的情绪,使之向快乐的方向转化。情绪是人在参与某种活动时产生的心理状态。它由4种基本情绪构成:愤怒、恐惧、悲伤、快乐。这如同绘画中红、黄、蓝三原色,其不同的组合构成人的各种情绪状态。随着孩子年龄的增长,父母有必要帮助他们正确理解和恰当地表达3种不良的情绪。当孩子愤怒时 *坚持要求孩子用语言而不是用动作来表达愤怒。当孩子生气时,鼓励他大声讲出来,并尽可能说出原因。*帮助孩子找到愤怒的原因。孩子有时需要成人的提示来回想自己生气的理由,如:“你是不是因为兵兵拿走了你的小汽车才对他发火?”
