有机磷农药中毒是目前临床上较常见的急性中毒,口服致急性有机磷中毒多有明确病史,临床症状较典型,辅以实验室检查较易确诊;非胃肠道有机磷中毒(主要是皮肤吸收中毒)因起病慢、临床症状不典型,且病史易被忽略,常造成临床上误诊,如误诊为上感、急性胃肠炎、神经系统疾患等多有报道。现将2例误诊为急性左心衰竭的病例报道如下。
Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is the most common clinical acute poisoning, oral acute organophosphate poisoning caused by a clear history, more typical clinical symptoms, supplemented by laboratory tests easier to diagnose; non-gastrointestinal organophosphate poisoning (mainly skin Absorption poisoning) due to the onset of slow, atypical clinical symptoms, and the history is easy to be ignored, often resulting in clinical misdiagnosis, such as misdiagnosed as a sense of acute gastroenteritis, nervous system disorders and more reported. Now 2 cases misdiagnosed as acute left heart failure cases are reported below.
