采用显微组织观察、断口形貌分析、显微硬度测试和能谱分析,对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢渗碳层中孪晶组织形成原因及其对性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢渗碳层中出现孪晶的原因可能与渗碳时工件周围碳势较低,且渗碳温度较高有关;渗碳层中孪晶组织的存在,使其断裂模式发生改变,脆性增加,应视为缺陷组织。
The formation of twins in carburized layer of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel and its effect on the properties were investigated by microstructure observation, fracture surface morphology analysis, microhardness test and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the reason for the occurrence of twins in the carburized layer of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel may be related to the low carbon potential around the workpiece during carburization and the high carburizing temperature. The existence of twins in the carburized layer changes the fracture mode , Increased brittleness, should be regarded as defective tissue.
