一种用于数控机床编程的“微型计算机辅助数控编程系统”(MCAPS)已由南京航空学院机械工程系研制成功。 MCAPS数控编程软件专用于非圆曲线、列表曲线轮廓零件数控加工程序编制。系统软件是用FORTRAN语言编写的,在IBM-PC/XT微机上实现。采用的数学模型为国内尚未推广而国外应用较为成功的新算法,或是国内使用十分成熟的算法,使其处理曲线的结果准确可靠。为适应列表曲线、非圆曲线数据多,且输入易出错的特点,采用“数据文件”的形式输入,优点是便于修改、保存,使用十分方便;为使编程简单,采用“控制参数”方式来控制系统的流程。这样,用户只需通过改变“数据文件”中输入的参数,就能得到所希望的输出结果。目前该系统配有
