随着科学技术的不断发展,对机械产品的质量和生产率提出了越来越高的要求。由于市场竞争日趋激烈,为了满足市场频繁的改型需求,数控机床在生产中暴露出柔性差等不足。为了解决这些问题,一种新型的数字程序控制机床———数控十字交叉台应运而生,它极其有效地解决了上述一系列矛盾。现对数控系统的硬件和软件进行了设计,根据功能的需要对硬件进行选择,对8254,74ls245,74lx573等芯片进行地址分配,设计控制原理图、接口电路和保护电路。在数控系统软件设计中,完成了人机交互程序和直线插补程序。
