抗青光眼手术种类繁多,自小梁切开、小梁切除术问世以来,大大提高了青光眼手术成功率。但到目前为止,还没有一种手术能使各种类型青光眼病人的眼压长期维持在一个安全水平上,并阻止其视功能进行性的破坏。我院近年来应用显微手术,开展小梁切开、切除术联合巩膜瓣下虹膜嵌顿术,治疗青光眼38例50眼,经过半年～2年的随访观察,效果满意。
A wide range of anti-glaucoma surgery, since the trabeculectomy, trabeculectomy since the advent of greatly improved the success rate of glaucoma surgery. But so far, none of these procedures have allowed the intraocular pressure of patients with various types of glaucoma to be maintained at a safe level for a long time and prevent the progressive destruction of their visual function. In recent years, our hospital using microsurgery, trabeculectomy, resection combined scleral flap iris incarceration, 38 cases of glaucoma treatment of 50 eyes, after six months to 2 years of follow-up observation, the results are satisfactory.
