据中国企业报报道,为贯彻落实国务院领导对加强反倾销反补贴以及对外应诉工作的指示精神,国家经贸委日前召开了行业协会反倾销反补贴工作座谈会,国家经贸委副主任张志刚提出,行业协会要明确职责,努力在反倾销、反补贴、保障措施工作中发挥积极作用。据统计,我国是世界上遭受反倾销最多的国家,从欧共体1979年8月对中国糖精钠产品征收反倾销税算起,国外对中国产品发起的反倾销案件己有408起。据世贸组织统计,在1987-1997年间,我国遭受反倾销调查的案件数量达247件,占全世界的11.25%,排名世界第一,遭受反倾销最终裁定
