油橄榄(Olea europaea)组织培养的研究工作最近在国内、外都取得了一些新的进展。利用一种特制的培养基,可使油橄榄外殖体的增殖速度大幅度地提高。同时,已知NAA是刺激油橄榄外殖体生根最有效的生长素,但外殖体在含有NAA 的培养基中生根需要较长的时间。据报道,近来一些研究者发现用生长素处理草本植物的插条时,生根期中插条的多胺浓度增加。由此设想,多胺与生根可能存在着某种关系。因此,分别向培养基中加入了腐胺(Putrescine)(多胺物质)和5-氮杂胞嘧啶核苷(5-Azacytidine),以研究其对油橄榄外殖体生根的影响。研究结果发现这两种物质
Recent research on the tissue culture of Olea europaea has made some new progress both at home and abroad. The use of a special culture medium, olive oil exsertion can significantly increase the proliferation rate. At the same time, NAA is known to be the most effective auxin to stimulate rooting of the exserted olive plant, but it takes longer for the explant to root in the NAA-containing medium. It has been reported recently that some researchers have found that with the auxin-treated cuttings of herbaceous plants, the polyamine concentration of the cuttings at rooting stage is increased. It is assumed that there may be some relationship between polyamines and rooting. Therefore, Putrescine (Polyamine Substance) and 5-Azacytidine were respectively added to the medium to study its effect on rooting of the exocarp of olive. The findings found both substances
