培养典型,抓点促面是一条重要工作方法。各行各业所涌现出的先进典型,宛如一面面旗帜,在两个文明建设中确实起到了示范带动作用,但也有少数先进典型,成名后不久却暴露出了问题,就像“昙花”一现。这种现象应当引起人们的深思。产生这种现象,有客观方面的原因,诸如市场疲软、银根紧缩、行业竞争激烈等,但主观因素的影响也是一个重要方面。在对县区内的一些先进典型,尤其是经济领域的典型分析之后,笔者认为,这些典型的“昙花”现象,主要原因有三:其一,少数先进典型成名之后,各种荣誉纷至沓来,参观学习者络绎不绝,门庭若市。被荣誉的光环所笼罩,思想飘飘然,
Cultivation of typical, catch point is an important method of working. The advanced models emerged in all trades and professions are just like one side banner.
