我国在培养行政管理方面的人才时,拥有较为标准和统一的培养方式,但由于该专业具有很强的专业性,导致我国所培养出来的人才与社会需求的人才存在很大的差距,一方面单位十分缺乏行政管理人才,另一方面该专业人才的就业形势又十分研究。因此,对于行政管理方面的人才培养模式进行创新改革,以满足社会发展的需要。本文就如何创新行政管理专业应用型人才的培养模式进行探讨,希望能够促进我国在该方面的改革。
Our country has a relatively standard and unified mode of training when it comes to developing personnel in administration. However, due to the professionalism of the profession, there is a big gap between the talents trained in our country and the needs of society. On the one hand, The unit is very lack of administrative personnel, on the other hand the employment situation of the professionals are very much studied. Therefore, we should innovate and reform the mode of personnel training in administrative management to meet the needs of social development. This article discusses how to innovate the mode of training applied talents in administrative management, hoping to promote our country’s reform in this area.
