当今社会,工作占人生的比重大幅增加,跟同事相处的时间经常多于与家人相处的时间。曾经有调查显示,有70%的人表示同事间的良好关系比薪资高低更重要。有个快乐的工作环境能够带动更高的生产力,也已经是管理学的实证,这样的工作心理学更加值得目前薪资环境并不理想的社会工作服务机构借鉴。然而,所谓的“快乐的工作环境”究竟是什么?
