液压式万能材料试验机(以下简称试验机),是机械,冶金及建筑等工业部门试验室,测试材料机械性能不可缺少的基本设备之一,是为科研,设计及产品检验提供可靠的技术数据。如果,试验机在失准状态下工作,测得的数据不准,必然导致对材料性能的错误判断,因此,要求试验机的示值精度(或误差)必须控制在所规定的允许误差±1%以内。若示值精度超差即应及时检定调修。下面将我们在调修试验机过程中一些粗浅体会整理如下,供有关同志参考,不妥之处予以批评指正。
