患者男性,54岁,因面色苍白,呼之不应10min急诊入我院。患者因咽痛、咳嗽2d,10min前在办公室自服“青霉素V钾0.5”后,同事发现其面色苍白,肢体瘫软,呼之不应,急送我院。途中恶心呕吐2次,呈非喷射状,呕吐物为胃内容物。述胸闷憋气。查体:T 37℃,P 110次/min,R 25次/min Bp80/60mmHg,患者神志恍惚,呼吸深快,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,
