目的 比较壳多糖与透明质酸钠作为粘弹剂在白内障人工晶状体手术中的作用.方法 对140例白内障随机分组,分别采用ECCE+IOL或超声乳化吸出IOL两种手术方法.70眼术中用壳多糖作为粘弹剂使用,70眼用透明质酸钠作为对照.结果 术后矫正视力、角膜内皮、前房反应以及眼压变化,壳多糖组与透明质酸钠组均无显著差异(P>0.05).结论壳多糖与透明质酸钠在白内障人工晶状体手术中的反应相似,作为粘弹剂具有良好的应用前景.
Objective To compare the effects of chitin and sodium hyaluronate as viscoelastic in the operation of cataract surgery.Methods 140 cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups: ECCE + IOL or phacoemulsification with IOL, Chitosan was used as viscoelastic agent and sodium hyaluronate was used as control in 70 eyes.Results There were no significant differences in corrected visual acuity, corneal endothelium, anterior chamber reaction and intraocular pressure between chitosan group and sodium hyaluronate group (P > 0.05) .Conclusion The reaction of chitin with sodium hyaluronate in cataract surgery is similar, which has a good application prospect as viscoelastic agent.
