在石油气输送方面,金属及耐腐蚀合金等制品正逐渐被FRP管道所代替。特别是在腐蚀性很强的石油气制品的生产中受到鼠大重视。目前。FRP管道虽然在使用条件不很苛刻的情况下取得了一些成就,但是,在更高的条件下,其性能要求还未得到满足。为满足FRP管道的需求,有必要继续进行重大改进。由于FRP管道连接性能的检测方法没有在同行业里确定,为此,关于连接性能问题已成为重要的研究课题。本研究报告提出了FRP管道连接性能条件。报告中所提出的检测方法,如果被FRP行业承认及实施的话,将对FRP管道输送石油气起到积极作用。
In the delivery of LPG, products such as metals and corrosion-resistant alloys are gradually being replaced by FRP pipelines. Especially in the corrosive production of petroleum gas products by the rat attention. Currently. Although FRP pipe has achieved some successes in less demanding conditions, its performance requirements have not yet been met under higher conditions. In order to meet the needs of FRP pipelines, it is necessary to continue with major improvements. As the detection method of FRP pipe connection performance is not determined in the same industry, the connection performance problem has become an important research topic for this reason. This study presents the performance conditions for FRP pipe connections. The testing methods proposed in the report, if accepted and implemented by the FRP industry, will play an active role in the FRP pipeline transportation of LPG.
