对运城区217例(男111,女106)健康人群全血胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性值进行了测定。按不同性别、职业分层随机抽样,并与有机磷作业者的全血ChE活性值做了比较。方法用721分光光度计三氯化铁光由比色法,酶活力单位以活性值um/ml全血,37℃30分钟=C/0.02表示。 结果表明:217例正常人全血ChE活性值最高为119.8;最低为77.0,均值96.3,标准差6.68
The serum cholinesterase (ChE) activity was measured in 217 healthy subjects (male 111, female 106) in Yuncheng District. According to different gender, occupational stratified random sampling, and with the organophosphate operators of whole blood ChE activity values were compared. Methods 721 spectrophotometer ferric chloride by colorimetric method, the unit of activity of the enzyme activity value um / ml whole blood, 37 ℃ for 30 minutes = C / 0.02 said. The results showed that 217 normal subjects had the highest ChE activity of 119.8, the lowest was 77.0, the mean was 96.3 and the standard deviation was 6.68
