膀胱癌以移行细胞癌多见 ,腺癌、鳞癌均较少见 ,腺鳞复合癌罕见。笔者遇见 1例 ,现报告如下。患者　男 ,5 6岁。因反复出现终末血尿 1个月加重 2天入院。自发病以来无尿频、尿急、尿痛 ,无排尿困难和腰痛等症状。体检 :一般情况可 ,全身浅表淋巴结未扪及。实验室检查 :尿常规蛋 Bladder cancer is more common with transitional cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are less common, and adenosquamous complex cancer is rare. The author met one case and the report is as follows. Male patient, 5-6 years old. Hemostatic urine was repeatedly admitted for 1 month and hospitalized for 2 days. Since the onset, no urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria, no dysuria and low back pain and other symptoms. Physical examination: In general, the superficial lymph nodes are not affected.
