国务院颁发城市优先发展公共交通指导意见为实施城市公共交通优先发展战略,国务院颁发了城市优先发展公共交通的指导意见。意见中指出,大城市要基本实现中心城区公共交通站点500米全覆盖,公共交通占机动化出行比例达到60%左右。此外,还要增加公共交通优先车道,扩大信号优先范围,逐步形成公共交通优先通行网络。集约利用城市道路资源,允许机场巴士、校车、班车使用公共交通优先车道。
