实践教学是高职高专院校的教学特色所在,实践教学水平的高低,决定所培养人才的质量优劣。然而许多高职高专院校的教学与实践存在严重的脱节,导致高职高专学生的实践动手能力普遍较差,难以适应用人单位的要求。文章结合当前就业市场人才需求的特点,从专业实践教学体系、师资队伍建设和实践教学模式构建三个方面对高职高专院校实践教学改革进行了探索,提出了建立高职高专院校实践教学管理体系和以就业为本的实践教学模式。
Practice teaching is the teaching characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the level of practical teaching, decided to train the quality of talents. However, there is a serious disconnect between teaching and practice in many higher vocational colleges, which leads to the fact that the practical ability of students in higher vocational colleges is generally poor and it is difficult to adapt themselves to the requirements of employers. Combining with the characteristics of current job market demand for talents, this article explores the practical teaching reform in higher vocational colleges from three aspects: the professional practice teaching system, the construction of teaching staff and the practice teaching mode, and puts forward some suggestions to establish higher vocational colleges Practice teaching management system and employment-based practical teaching mode.
