科学发展观与马克思主义一脉相承,是党必须长期坚持的指导思想.依法办案是人民法院工作第一要务.运用科学发展观的系统论、认识论和群众观,以及马克思主义哲学基本范畴指导依法办案,进一步实践好全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨,进一步履行好宪法法律赋予的神圣职责,进一步把握好影响公正司法的基准点和客观规律,对不断满足实践的发展和人民的期待,更好地完成全面实施“五位一体”建设、全面建成小康社会新任务,不断地提升司法公信力,打造升级版审判机关,具有极大的理论和现实意义.
