我县共有63所中学,其中乡镇中学55所,布局分散,交通不便。在中学政治教师当中存在着学历未达标教师多,民办、代理教师多,兼课教师多,教师业务水平低等问题。为了适应政治课教学改革的新形势,提高全体政治教师的政治素质和业务水平,解决政治教师信息闭塞、工作繁忙、教研经费紧张等矛盾,县教研室决定成立政治学科中心教研组,以提高全县政治课教育教学质量。具体做法是: 一、在中心教研组的确定上,注意内容,形式、人员等方面因地制宜,突出教研活动的群众性。 1、在中心教研组的确定上,按地域将63所中学划分为11个教研片,按年级成立中心教研
